Brief:

To achieve something unique, innovative and impressive for the same annual event, in the same venue, same room and with the same guest list…

Outcome:

Using 100 individual oversized light globes, the Foundation Hall at the Museum of Contemporary Art was transformed into an alluring and intimate dinner setting for 80 guests. Almost an art installation in itself, the results were stunning.

Led by Production Manager Rob King, the lighting fixture was designed and constructed by AV1, transported to the MCA and installed the day prior.

The challenge of this creative brief provided us with a wonderful opportunity to create an innovative solution that had guests saying ‘I was wondering how you’d top last year, but you’ve certainly done it’.
