Imagine Roadshow, March 2012

Event:             Imagine Roadshow
Date:               12-15 March 2012
Venue:            Australia-wide
Pax:                Ranging from 280-2100

Brief:
Pushing the boundaries to become a high-performance company, our client really wanted to change the focus and challenge people beyond their comfort zone.

Outcome:
To execute this brief, we developed a concept designed around unsettling the minds of attendees. The goal was to challenge their thinking and reinvigorate their minds.

In each venue, we created a multi-screen set of varying sizes. At least one screen was permanently dedicated to branding to facilitate a constant reminder. The other screens provided the means for video content, presentation display and image magnification of the presenters.

Visually unsettling and confusing to the eye was the way the screens were set with asymmetrical legs. Structurally, the screens were safely hung from the ceiling. However, to the audience, the adhoc nature of the truss uprights had people questioning ‘how is that screen staying up?’

This five-city roadshow was a huge success with a massive increase in attendance from previous years. The final leg saw 2100 people in the Big Top at Luna Park, and it certainly proved successful in sparking imagination and reinvigorating thought.
